I’m Lynda McCracken and I head up my own specialist resourcing company, Innovation Employment.

We’re not your average resourcing company as we dedicate ourselves exclusively to sourcing and placing highly skilled professionals in flexible working arrangements.

So we give employers the flexibility of hiring top class people for contract or project-
based work – without the need to add any permanent payroll cost. We typically provide
staff in the areas of in the areas of Acountancy & Finance, Business Development,
H.R, Operations/Senior Management, and Sales & Marketing.

And for the professionals, there’s a equal degree of flexibility in that they can choose the
approximate duration of their commitment, and the types of projects which best suit
their current employment and lifestyle needs.
